Tenant Admin Access Methods

There are two methods that the Tenant Admin can use to access the Tenant Server configuration.

Via UCConfig:

1. Create a shortcut to the Go Connect Server on your desktop
2. Right-click on the shortcut icon and choose "Properties"
3. Go to "Shortcut" tab
4. Change the "Target:" path from "C:\Program Files\Go Connect Server\UCConfig.exe" to "C:\Program Files\Go Connect Server\UCConfig.exe" hostname or IP addressand click "Apply"
5. Run the software
6. Login using the Tenant Admin credentials in the format Tenant Short Name/Tenant Admin
7. Once the Server loads its GUI, it will present you with the Master Admin options menu

Via HTML (current available as beta only):

1. Browse to Host Name or IP Address: 21080
2. Enter the appropriate Tenant and Username details, e.g. Tenant Short Name/Tenant Admin
3. Enter the Tenant Admin password
4. Click Login
5. Once the HTML GUI loads, it will present you with the Tenant options menu
