The Master Tenant

The Master Tenant is a special tenant with the following properties:

1. When a Tenant license is first added to a Go Connect server a Master Tenant is automatically created, consuming a tenant license in the process
2. The Master Tenant is critical to system behaviour and should not be deleted*
3. A user assigned to the Master Tenant can view users and extension in all tenants. A user assigned to the Master Tenant can also have their extension assigned to the Master Tenant
