Multitenant Mode in the Multi-PBX Environment

In a multi-PBX environment, the multi-tenant server is configured to connect to multiple PBXs. In this instance the following requirements should be noted:

1. A Go Connect Server "Site" license is added for each additional PBX connected to the server.
2. Any duplicated (overlapping) extensions between PBXs are not added to the same tenant i.e. each extension allocated to a tenant must be unique. Note: the Go Connect server can automatically handle duplicate extensions from PBX to PBX but not within the same tenant. An exception to this is where uaCSTA handsets make the registration, in which instance the handsets need to be provisioned in a specific way to handle duplicate extensions.
