Filters
Use this tool, if you are looking for more definite/specific information (e.g. a telephone number). "Filters" option allows user to set multiple search parameters based on previously determined criteria in Data range, Chart type, Series 1, Series 2 and Values. In order to display your search results, "Filters" will temporarily change the Business Intelligence's chart and data table appearance. Once you're done using this tool, make sure that you clear the parameters down, by clicking on the "bin" icon (hover over the parameter for the "bin" icon to appear). This way the chart and call information data table will go back to the format previously configured by you.
Time: Filters data based on the entered "Start" and "End" hour.
Caller number: Filters data based on the entered "Caller number".
Dialed number: Filters data based on the entered "Dialed number".
Direction: Filters data based on the entered "Inbound", "Outbound" or "Internal" direction.
Duration: Filters data based on the entered "Min" and "Max" call duration.
External/Internal: Filters data to show only External/Internal calls.
Answered/Missed: Filters data to show only Missed/Answered calls.
Device: Filters data based on the entered "Extension number".
Missed calls: Filters data based on the Missed or Answered calls.
