Business Intelligence Overview

Business Intelligence is a browser based software package providing visual representation of call information (from the telephone system) in a simple user-friendly format.

Business Intelligence is composed of two sections, Chart and Data Table. It presents an aggregate of data defined by the five following criteria: Date range, Chart type, Series 1, Series 2 and Values. Altering settings for any of these criterions will have an impact on the way and format you call information data will be presented to you.
